HAWKER SEA HARRIER ZD610 RN BRISTOL MUSEUM 2024 - WALKAROUND GALLERY
I think this might have been my first SHAR. Seen at Aerospace Bristol in, well, Bristol, UK. Another good example of an an in-service paint scheme, showing a good range of scuffs, patches and stains. Great reference for the modeller and illustrator. One of the key features of the Sea Harrier that was carried over to all second-generation Harriers is the raised cockpit, providing much better visibility than the first-gen Harriers where the pilot sits right down between those huge elephant-ear intakes.
